OUR SHIPPING POLICY

• All Customer Orders are individually processed and manufactured at our Factory in Hong Kong. Quality inspection is carried out prior to shipping. All packages are fully insured and all packages require a Customer signature upon delivery. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Orders are processed within 24 hours, handmade manufacture time as required for your product and Express Courier Shipping on every order. Follow your order on DHL, FedEx and SIF Services for real time tracking information.

OUR RETURN POLICY

• If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your pearl jewelry item, complete with the Velvet Jewelry Gift Box and Certificate of Authenticity for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Customers are also free to exchange their product for another item of equal or lesser value if they are unsatisfied for any reason.

IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

• To return your pearl jewelry item, please speak to one of our customer sales representatives for a Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number. It is the Customer’s responsibility to package & ship the item to Pasha Pearls Shipping Address including Postage, Insurance and to obtain a Required Signature.

• Any Pearl Jewelry that has been specifically modified to a Customer’s personal or specialized  design can not be returned under any circumstances.​
