All Pearl & Pewter Jewelry Products Sold at www.PashaPearls.com are Guaranteed by our 30-day Return Policy. Please contact us at PashaPearls@gmail.com for assistance.

 

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

  • All Pearl Jewelry Orders are individually processed and manufactured at our Factory in Hong Kong (handmade manufacture time as required for each product). Quality inspection is carried out prior to shipping. All packages are fully insured and all packages require a Customer signature upon delivery. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Follow your order on DHL, FedEx and SIF Services for real time tracking information.

  • All Pewter Jewelry Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, and Express Courier Shipping on every order. Follow your order on DHL, FedEx and SIF Services for real time tracking information.

 

OUR RETURN POLICY - PASHA PEARLS

  • If unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your pearl jewelry item, complete with the Velvet Jewelry Gift Box and Certificate of Authenticity for a full refund (Excluding Shipping & Handling Charges). Customers are also free to exchange their product for another item of equal or lesser value if they are unsatisfied for any reason.

OUR RETURN POLICY - MEXZOTIC

  • Mexzotic Pewter Jewelry is covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty. If unsatisfied with your product for any reason you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your Pewter Jewelry item, complete with packaging for a full refund (Excluding Shipping & Handling Charges). The quality of Mexzotic Jewelry is guaranteed under our Limited Lifetime Warranty and if the jewelry is damaged under normal wear conditions, you can return it for replacement, exchange, repair or refund (Excluding Shipping & Handling Charges).

IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

  • To return your pearl jewelry item, please speak to one of our customer sales representatives for a Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number. It is the Customer’s responsibility to package & ship the item to Pasha Pearls Shipping Address including Postage, Insurance and to obtain a Required Signature.

  • Any Pearl Jewelry that has been specifically modified to a Customer’s personal or specialized  design can NOT be returned under any circumstances.​

  • Any Pewter Jewelry that is damaged beyond normal wear conditions is NOT covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
